Subject: Some bad ATF news

We've got some potentially bad news to share regarding the corrupt ATF's imminent "frame or receiver" regulation.

Despite the fact that FPC has secured an expanded preliminary injunction against the government, the winds could end up changing.

Put another way: FPC may be kicking their butts in court, but we could still end up losing because of our funds running dry.

If you've been reading our emails for the last 48 hours, you probably know that our litigation fund is bottoming out.

But so far we haven't fully articulated just what the fallout from that could look like. That changes right now.

We'll just be blunt: failure to fully fund cases like VanDerStok v. Garland (that's our ATF lawsuit) could actually hand the federal government a free win.
