John, did you see
this?

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell believes that wages are rising too
quickly and that employment is too high. He also said that ‘economic pain’
will be necessary to reduce inflation.

John, who will
this ‘pain’ affect the most? The working and middle class families that
already struggle with inflated prices while the federal minimum wage
remains the same.

With the wave of unionization efforts happening across the nation, now is
the time to stand up for labor rights in America and protect workers
against corporate greed and wage theft. How can we do that? We can start
by pressuring the Senate to pass the PRO Act and guarantee labor rights to
ALL workers. And we can finally raise the minimum wage for the first time
since 2009.

[ [link removed] ]Can you chip in $3 or whatever you can afford to help
Pramila as she leads the fight to pass the PRO Act and finally guarantee
living wages PRO Act and labor protections to all workers?

Here’s the reality,
John: We have a living wage
shortage. We need to be fighting for increased minimum wages and more
protections for workers, not giving more handouts out to large
corporations.

As chair of the Progressive Caucus, Pramila has already led the fight for
protecting workers through the PRO Act and increasing the minimum wage.
But we need to continue to support Pramila's leadership in Congress now
more than ever as she fights back against attempts to slow our progress on
this critical issue. [ [link removed] ]Will you chip in $3 or more right
now?

In solidarity,

Team Jayapal
