If there’s one thing I want you to know about me, folks, it’s this: I give a sh*t.

I say what I’m going to do, and then I deliver. It’s what I’ve been doing my entire career because I care about the people I represent—whether they’re Democrats, Republicans, or don’t vote at all.

• While JD was in San Francisco enjoying “tasty brunches, day trips to wine country, and art gallery tours,” I was fighting to protect workers’ pensions.
• While JD was running a scammy, self-serving opioid nonprofit, I was introducing legislation to increase access to addiction treatment.

The truth matters, folks—but the GOP is spending $30 million to mislead voters about my record and smear me with lies. Setting the record straight is shaping up to be more expensive than we thought, and I’m really worried that we’ll fall short.
