Friend,
It’s time to prepare to #VOTEPROCHOICE!
Despite the devastation that came when anti-choice extremists overturned Roe v. Wade, we still have the power to help millions of voters elect prochoice champions who will fight back in their communities. Election Day is November 8th, and early voting has already started in some states.
With more than 108,000 state and local races taking place this year alone, we are proud to introduce to you the 2022 #VOTEPROCHOICE General Election Voter Guide — a comprehensive, progressive voter guide, with recommendations and endorsements up and down the ballot.
Use our guide to preview your sample ballot, find prochoice candidates, save your choices, and share digitally so that your friends can #VOTEPROCHOICE too.
Today’s launch prioritizes areas where reproductive freedom is most at stake. But don’t worry — no matter where you live, your sample ballot is ready for your review, and we’ll be in touch as more endorsements and recommendations are available in your area!
We need your help to share our guide with as many voters in District of Columbia as possible because the stakes could not be more frightening:
- At least 13 states have total abortion bans that criminalize abortion in nearly all cases
- States like Mississippi, Louisiana, and West Virginia have no abortion clinics
- States that have protected abortion have been overwhelmed with out-of-state patients, like in Illinois where patients face three-week wait times and 86% of patients are coming from out of state
For the future of our body autonomy, our access to healthcare, and our children — it's time to elect progressive, prochoice leaders at every level.
This guide makes preparing to vote and comparing candidates that much easier.
Find everything you need to vote your prochoice values on or before November 8.
Thank you, as always, for being a prochoice voter!
