Reps. Liz Cheney and Zoe Lofgren, members of the January 6th Committee, have a plan to bolster our democracy against any future attacks brought on by Donald Trump and his insurrectionist allies.

By reforming the 1887 Electoral Count Act, we could regulate the counting of electoral votes and clarify the role that the Vice President and Congressmembers have in the certification process – so our democracy would be fortified against any future attacks.

These updates would close the loopholes that Donald Trump and his far-right cronies tried to exploit in January 2021 – and they just PASSED the House of Representatives!

Donald Trump would be MORTIFIED if these reforms were signed into law and prevented him from stealing the 2024 election.
