Tailgating recipes and the beef giveaway were also promoted at the University of Wyoming football game on Saturday, October 1, when the Cowboys took on the San Jose State Spartans. During the game, the #wybeef Freezer Full of Beef Giveaway was promoted on LED ribbon-boards throughout the stadium flashing #WYBeef ? Win Beef! ? Wyoming Beef Council. In addition, a video aired during the game featuring Tony Romo, Beef, It's What's for Dinner spokesman and former NFL quarterback who encouraged fans to choose beef for grilling.?

The Wyoming Beef Council will also have advertising messages on the ribbon boards promoting the giveaway during the October 22^nd game between UW and Utah State.
