Dear John,
We cannot defend the Endangered Species Act and save gray wolves from extinction
unless you act now.
Gray wolves only exist today because the Endangered Species Act brought them
back from the brink of extinction. Now, the Trump Administration is DESTROYING
those protections.
We’re not going to let gray wolves disappear on our watch -- but these precious
creatures can’t afford for you to wait a single moment. If 75% of the people
reading this email donate right now, we’ll meet our fundraising goal -- giving
us the strength we need to fight Trump’s attacks on endangered wildlife. But we
can’t do this without you.
Stop the Trump Administration from threatening endangered gray wolves: Donate
$27 or more and your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar!

From gray wolves to sea turtles to the iconic bald eagle, vulnerable wildlife is
at risk of being wiped out. A devastating UN report identified 1 million plant
and animal species on the brink of extinction.
But Trump doesn’t care. His administration is committed to the Trump Extinction
Plan -- rolling back bedrock Endangered Species Act protections for our
environment and wildlife every chance they get.
The good news is, Congress recently introduced legislation to repeal Trump’s
Extinction Plan -- “The PAW and FIN Conservation Act.” This is the legislation
we need to protect our wildlife. Support is building for this bill, but we need
you with us to push it over the finish line.
Protect endangered wildlife: Donate $27 or more and help push Congress to stop
Trump’s Extinction Plan!

For decades, the Endangered Species Act has been a critical tool in the fight to
protect endangered and threatened wildlife from extinction at the hands of Big
Polluters. Since it was first passed in 1973, the Endangered Species Act has
prevented the extinction of 291 species -- a 99% success rate. It’s one of the
most effective environmental laws on the books.
Without Endangered Species Act protections, iconic species like polar bears,
Rusty Patched Bumblebees, and Southern Resident Orcas could all go extinct. And
losing them would have impacts far beyond individual species. For instance, if
we don’t stop the decline of insects, scientists warn that we will face a
complete “collapse of nature’s ecosystems.”
Trump is trying to make it easier for corporate interests and developers to
build on the habitats of vulnerable species. Friends of the Earth is the world’s
largest grassroots environmental network -- and our iconic species have never
needed us more.
We won’t let anyone get away with putting corporate profits ahead of protecting
gray wolves and other vulnerable species. We’re leading the charge against
Trump’s dangerous anti-environment agenda, but we can’t protect endangered
wildlife without your support.
Time is running out for endangered species. Donate $27 or more NOW and your gift
will be matched dollar-for-dollar -- up to $930,000!
