Illegal Aliens Commit Violent Crimes at Higher Rates Than Texans As President Joe Biden’s open border policies continue incentivizing illegal border crossings, the Center for Immigration Studies analyzed data previously used to claim illegal aliens commit fewer crimes than Americans. It turns out, the opposite is true. Sydnie Henry has the details [[link removed]].

“Illegal immigrants in Texas appear to be convicted of crimes such as homicide, sexual assault, and kidnapping at higher rates than the state average,” reports the Center for Immigration Studies [[link removed]], based on their review of data from the Texas Department of Public Safety. “Due to delays in identification, the number of illegal immigrants arrested or incarcerated in Texas is undercounted at any given time.”

The soft and sympathetic picture of illegal aliens – portrayed as down-on-their-luck hapless victims – is a P.R. con job. The criminals crossing the border illegally are committing violent crimes at higher rates than the rest of the population. These are bad people who are invading our country.

Patrick Slams Democrat Challenger in New Ad Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is taking aim against his opponent, Democrat Mike Collier, in a campaign ad [[link removed]] released this week that slams Collier for his relations to President Joe Biden.

As Soli Rice reports [[link removed]], Collier was a senior advisor for the Biden-Harris campaign in the 2020 presidential election.

“If you line up [Biden’s] policy point of view with my policy point of view, you don’t see a lot of daylight.” – Mike Collier [[link removed]]

Dallas County Judge Faces ‘Blackface’ Allegations New details are surfacing surrounding Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins’ arrest for trespassing while attending college, with reports suggesting Jenkins may have been wearing blackface during the incident. Brandon Waltens has the details [[link removed]].

A report from the Waco Police Department, first released by the news site Current Revolt [[link removed]], says Jenkins and two other men broke into an apartment in an attempt to scare the female college students who inhabited it. The report stated “all three men were dressed in dark colored clothing like camouflage and had on dark oil … or paint or dark makeup on their faces to make them look like black people,” according to a claim made at the time by one of the witnesses.

Jenkins did not respond to a request for comment [[link removed]] from Texas Scorecard.

The revelations come at a time when Jenkins is up for re-election, facing off against Republican Lauren Davis in a campaign that has largely centered around crime. This year, Dallas has hit a record murder rate. Davis has focused on Jenkins’ support for defunding law enforcement.

Race-baiting Democrats seem to have no problem with their elitist white politicians wearing blackface to entertain, demean, or – as in Jenkins’ case – terrorize others. Erin Anderson reports [[link removed]] city officials said this week they intend to spend even more.

Effie Safie bought the land in 1995 to build and operate Montessori Children’s House. She chose the spot because it abuts a creek and provides a natural setting for students to explore. In 2017, the city decided they would rather own the land next to the creek for a proposed bike trail.
