With so many news outlets refusing to publicize important work being advanced by Republican and conservative officeholders, I wanted to provide you with a quick update about some of the most important initiatives that I am working on in the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office.

Every day, we are fighting hard in the arena trying to defend the rule of law, our Constitution, and our way of life. While the Biden Administration undermines West Virginia every day, I have sued Biden dozens of times and have a great record of winning against their overreach.
