When it comes to Michigan’s auto industry, the contrast between my opponent and me couldn’t be clearer.

I sounded the alarm for Michigan auto workers and suppliers when Democrats’ push to EV manufacturing would replace our 13 powertrain plants with just four plants.  

Carl Marlinga called automotive a “dying industry.” Does that sound like a leader who will fight for Michigan jobs to you?

John, when we raise our concerns about how electric vehicles will impact our state, they tell us we’re fearmongers — but that’s not true at all. We’re not afraid of the future; we just want to be a part of it.
