John,

Our deadline to file in court against Speaker Nancy Pelosi is in just 3 days.

Not only is Speaker Pelosi trying to create a constitutional crisis with this whole impeachment process, she is refusing to do her job to protect our borders. In fact, she is using her control of the House to file lawsuits to block vital border security efforts.

What’s happening at the border is being called a “system-wide meltdown,” a “humanitarian and security catastrophe,” and even a “Cat 5 hurricane disaster” by senior border officials.

The President took action, using congressionally appropriated funds, to solve the problem. But the Pelosi-led House filed a lawsuit to block it. This is now Pelosi’s crisis.

At the ACLJ, we helped defeat the Pelosi-led House’s lawsuit at the trial court level. But Pelosi has filed an appeal. Now we’re filing a critical amicus brief in federal appeals court. Our urgent deadline is Monday.

We can win, but these vital battles require immense resources. Have your gift DOUBLED before our Matching Challenge Deadline in just 4 days. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.
