October 12, 2022 - 70000-1758-TK-22/74638-7-TK-22 (Record No. 17178) -Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) has made a filing of its amended Interconnection Agreement with Metropolitan Telecommunications of Wyoming, Inc., for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. §252(e)( 1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties' amendment adds terms and conditions for Unbundled Network Elements to comply with the Federal Communications Commission's Order FCC 20-152, issued in WC Docket 19-308, for "Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements in an Era of Next-Generation Networks and Services."
