Democratic candidates for President

There are a lot of strong candidates in the race -- and we’ve briefly heard from several of them on their plans to combat the climate crisis, such as Pete Buttigieg’s plan to create a National Climate Corps or Joe Biden’s proposal for a Clean Energy Revolution -- but only one can be the final nominee.

Who the next President is will have a major role in determining whether or not we are able to solve our climate crisis in time to avoid the most dire effects of climate change.
