This note is to share the latest polling results conducted by Republican pollster David Winston.

The US has already experienced two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. Even though this fits the historical definition of a recession, President Biden told CNN's Jake Tapper last night that he doesn't think there will be a recession, and if there is, it will only be a "very slight recession." However, the electorate believes we are already there.
