JAYME STEVENSON, 4TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT INDEPENDENT & REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE, TO DEBATE INCUMBENT JIM HIMES
Fairfield, Conn. — Jayme Stevenson, the Independent and Republican Candidate for Congress in Connecticut’s 4th Congressional district, will debate incumbent candidate Jim Himes tomorrow evening at 8PM at Norwalk Community College.
Jayme stated, “I am looking forward to the debate to share my views and concerns on the current climate of our district. I intend to immediately address the issues our state and district are facing when in Washington, and challenge my opponent’s record on his 14 years in office representing the residents of Connecticut. As the endorsed Independent Candidate, public servant for many years, businesswoman, mother, and a constituent of this district, I know firsthand the struggles families and businesses are currently facing. I will be focused on advocating in Washington for the needs of the cities and towns in our district and work collaboratively with state leadership to optimize funding and ensure projects are completed.
I hope voters of Southwestern Connecticut will tune in to learn more about how I will immediately focus on addressing our needs over any political party or special interest. I will be a champion for our businesses, families, women, and children, and ensure Washington is working for us.”
