John, Democrat Cheri Beasley is locked in a dead-heat race in North Carolina – and her election could determine Senate control. In a minute, I am going to ask you to pitch in to help Cheri flip North Carolina blue. But first, let me explain why Cheri's race is so important.

You see, Cheri is running in one of the closest races in the country. If she flips North Carolina blue, Democrats will be extremely likely to maintain our Senate majority – and possibly expand it.

And the stakes this year are higher than practically ever before. Protecting our Senate majority is the only way that we can continue to build on the progress we have made over the last two years. And it's our only hope for stopping Mitch McConnell from pushing his far-right agenda, obstructing all meaningful legislation, and blocking President Biden's judicial nominees.

Electing leaders like Cheri Beasley is how we codify the right to an abortion, save our planet, and finally ensure everyone has access to affordable, high-quality health care.

I know that Cheri will be an incredible senator for North Carolina families. She's already spent two decades serving her community – and now she's on the cusp of flipping the state blue. A recent poll put her just 1 POINT behind her right-wing opponent. Meanwhile, election experts on the ground are reporting that her favorability numbers are HIGHER than her opponent's!

With everything we care about on the line this year, I am personally asking: Please, will you split a donation between me and Cheri Beasley so we can send her to the Senate and protect our majority?
