JOhn, this is not the type of headline we want to see in the final sprint to Election Day.

The Washington Post just reported that Democratic groups "lack the funds needed to fully contest all of their potentially winnable House races this cycle" and are being outspent by their Republican counterparts. This means that the party may be forced to make some tough decisions, and incumbents in swing districts like Jennifer could wind up facing waves of GOP money all by themselves.

So with less than four weeks left, we're doing everything we can to prepare for any last-minute attacks. And if it's just us up against the GOP machine, we'll need the full strength of our grassroots supporters.
