We’ve deployed dedicated responders from all over the country to help with the continued care and response efforts for nearly 300 dogs recently rescued from alleged cruelty in Nevada. These dogs were urgently removed from poor conditions, with many of them appearing to be emaciated and suffering from severe, untreated medical conditions.

This large-scale cruelty response requires around-the-clock care and experts from across the ASPCA, and support from people like you is desperately needed today.

At an emergency shelter, we are continuing to provide daily care for these dogs and are ensuring that they receive the medical and behavioral support they need. Some of these dogs are receiving enrichment treats and toys to play with, likely for the first time.

But their journeys toward recovery are only just beginning and animals are still in need.
