? ? ? ? ? ? This facility provides for the storage and transfer of used oil which has been generated within southeastern Wyoming, northern Colorado, and southwestern Nebraska. The 25-acre facility is located at 6331 Berwick Drive, Cheyenne Wyoming. More specifically, this facility is located in Sections 28 and 33, Township 13N, Range 67W, in Laramie County, Wyoming. The total volumetric storage capacity of this facility is estimated to be 343,305 gallons of used oil. The life of the facility is indefinite.
? ? ? ? ? ? The Department of Environmental Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste Division (DEQ) has determined that the permit application is generally complete and technically adequate. Therefore, DEQ issued a proposed permit for this facility. The period for providing written comments on the proposed permit shall begin on October 12, 2022 and end on November 18, 2022.
