Here are the numbers that help us begin to understand the scale and toll of the war in Yemen.
More than 3.5 million people displaced. An estimated 60,000 deaths. Roughly 24 million people in need of humanitarian assistance, according to the United Nations.
But behind those numbers are what our teams on the ground see every day amid air raids, bombings, and indiscriminate attacks: mothers, children, families, and friends—people, like any of us, whose lives we’re committed to saving.
