John —
This weekend, we rallied people on our #RoeTheVote Reproductive Freedom Tour. We traveled through Rolla, St. Louis, Columbia, St. Charles, Springfield, Kansas City, Clay County, and West St. Louis County — and everywhere we went, we had empowering conversations.

We heard stories from attendees that reaffirm Cori’s work of saving lives by protecting reproductive freedom in the face of attacks from conservative extremists nationwide — including on the Supreme Court.
Cori shared her own story of seeking an abortion at 18 after surviving a violent sexual assault at 17 (watch the video). Opening this dialogue can be uncomfortable, but that’s exactly why we need Cori’s leadership — in Congress, in our community, and on the ground. Will you make a contribution to support Cori’s re-election campaign?
In case you weren’t able to attend one of the eight events, here are the key takeaways:
-
For many Missourians, the travel required makes an abortion infeasible. In places like Columbia, Rolla, and Springfield, more than 100 miles separates a pregnant person in crisis from the health care they need. This is by design by the far-right and adds another high hurdle to care.
-
We believe that real conversations like these will inform the broader, national dialogue on abortion rights — not far-right Republicans or people who have never been in a situation where they have to weigh their options.
-
We will not allow bad actors to silence these important voices.
-
We know that Missouri is on the frontlines of the fight for reproductive freedom, we were the first state to enact a state-wide abortion ban, just moments after Roe v. Wade was overturned. We MUST prioritize getting out the vote for pro-choice candidates ahead of Election Day — in Missouri and beyond.
In November, we’re going to Roe, Roe, Roe the vote! But we need your help. Will you make a contribution of $19.79 (in honor of the year Roe was decided) or whatever you can today?
Chip in $19.79
