In case you missed the announcement over Columbus Day weekend, our new ad attracted plenty of attention prior to this week's launch.

We unveiled the new advertisement in a press release issued last Friday ("New MassGOP ad campaign exposes Maura Healey for proud role in shutting down natural gas pipelines") and it was immediately picked up by the Boston Herald, which reached out to Healey's campaign for a comment.

Here campaign's response was all too predictable:

"If you want Donald Trump's failed energy policies, then Geoff Diehl is your candidate. No amount of desperate, false attack ads can hide that fact."

What a deranged response, because as Americans know all too well, those "failed" energy policies were working. America was energy independent, we no longer had to rely on a shady OPEC cartel, and fuel prices plunged to historic lows.

We clearly struck a nerve with this new ad, and if we are going to continue ramping up the pressure, but we need your support.
