Ukraine’s military said that Russian forces had fired 28 cruise missiles at Ukrainian territory by midday on Tuesday and that Ukraine’s air defenses had shot down 20 of them. Additionally, at least 13 Iranian-made Shahed-136 drones launched from Russia were also shot down.
