NIRH Action Fund is joining forces with state legislators, candidates, and advocates to be sure that we head into the 2020 elections as prepared as we can be to fight — and win — by supporting abortion access.

You may know that abortion rights supporters won a major victory in the Virginia elections this year — despite targeted and inflammatory anti-abortion attacks. As part of NIRH Action Fund’s partnership with NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, we personally trained 44 candidates and candidates' campaigns for state legislative office on how to articulate their vision for abortion access — including every candidate who flipped a seat in the Virginia General Assembly on November 5th.

And in 2020, we’re laying the groundwork to work closely with partners and advocates in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia to keep pushing proactive work forward, and set up as many xxxxxxs for abortion access that we can.
