Research for Action is releasing the Educational Opportunity Dashboard featuring the latest data from the federal Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC).
The Dashboard is an interactive tool to rank and compare all 50 states by how well they provide their k-12 public school students with access to educational opportunity. Users can rank states by overall access and by gaps in access by student race or family income subgroups. Individual State Snapshots allow users to compare a state to the nation as a whole and view a detailed breakdown of each of 14 indicators of educational opportunity. The RFA research team will discuss how our analysis reveals troubling disparities across the nation. See the following press releasefor more details.
The webinar will demonstrate the capabilities of the Dashboard and dive into the key national findings. Time will also be available for Q/A with the researchers and architects of the Dashboard. Register now!
