Wawa locations affected by malware
Last week, convenience store chain
Wawa announced that more than 850 of its stores had been impacted by malware that
exposed customers' debit and credit card information since March. It has
not released how many consumers may have been affected.

The NCUA last week issued a Letter
to Credit Unions further detailing a joint statement – released earlier this
month – from federal financial regulators on the use of alternative data in
credit underwriting, including consumer protection implications and potential benefits and risks.
