I'm having trouble sleeping at night, John. 

Every day, I hear more and more really smart people say a "red wave" is coming, despite what some of the positive headlines have said in recent weeks. And that worries me -- because control of the Senate is at stake this year, and these GOP Senate candidates are absolutely BONKERS.

We've got snake oil salesman Dr. Oz running in Pennsylvania, Silicon Valley corporate lackey J.D. Vance running in Ohio, and anti-democracy wackos running in Nevada and Arizona. All of them are groveling at Trump's feet and hoping that it's enough to overshadow their absolute unfitness for office.

These jokers would be a disaster in the Senate, but right now it's looking like they all could win -- which would hand the Senate over to Mitch McConnell!

If that happens, we can kiss any chance of protecting reproductive rights, expanding voting rights, or confirming Supreme Court justices goodbye. At that point, we might as well just call the billionaires' accountants and let them know that massive tax breaks are on the way!

The fact is, John, if we lose the Senate, we're toast. Yet Democratic donations have slowed to a crawl, and we're WAY behind on our must-hit fundraising goal. I'm not even talking about getting ahead. Just to keep up, we need to raise $50,000 TODAY.
