Last week, Politico released a profile on our battle-proven, conservative leader Jennifer-Ruth Green that included illegally obtained details from her military records about her surviving a sexual assault while serving in Iraq. 

Despite requests to not publish the previously undisclosed details, Politico moved forward anyway. On Sunday, Jennifer-Ruth responded to the decision in an interview with Fox News.

Soon after, support started to pour in.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel: "This was outrageous from Democrats and their media allies. Completely unacceptable and shameful."

NRCC Deputy Communications Director Mike Berg: "Absolute gutter politics from ⁦[Rep. Frank Mrvan]'s allies to leak [Jennifer-Ruth Green]'s military records and out her as a survivor of sexual assault. Even worse that Politico ran with it."

Kennedy Montgomery of Fox News' Kennedy Nation: "For a man to score political points with a story of sexual assault is absolutely disgraceful."

Tomi Lahren of Tomi Lahren is Fearless: "The #metoo movement has been SILENT on the democrat-led sexist hit job against Indiana GOP congressional candidate Jennifer-Ruth Green!"

U.S. Sen. Todd Young: The attacks [Jennifer-Ruth Green] are facing online are beyond the pale. As an Air Force Academy grad and the 1st African American female Commander to serve in the Indiana Air National Guard, [Jennifer-Ruth Green] has served our nation with distinction. She’ll be an outstanding member of Congress."

U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton: "Disgraceful tactics. [Jennifer-Ruth Green] has them running scared."

U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst: "Total gutter politics. [Jennifer-Ruth Green] is a fighter, but she should not have to be reliving this trauma. Democrats and their friends in the media are clearly scared of this strong, conservative woman."

Rep. Elise Stefanik: "The decision by [Frank Mrvan] to illegally obtain & leak [Jennifer-Ruth Green]'s military records knowing they would out her as a survivor of sexual assault is not only a shameful new low for politics & the media, it’s a horrific attack on survivors everywhere."

Rep. Larry Bucshon: "It is despicable that Dems in Indiana’s 1st District including Frank Mrvan may be complicit in releasing Jennifer Ruth-Green’s service records concerning a sexual assault against her. Their denials are not believable. Mrvan’s constituents know he is failing them in Washington."

Rep. Don Bacon: "I fully support my fellow AF veteran ⁦[Jennifer-Ruth Green]. What the opposition and media did here is victim-shaming and it is despicable."

Indiana Republican Party Director of Diversity and Engagement Whitley Yates: "To say I’m disappointed by [the Indiana Democrat Party] and [Rep. Frank Mrvan] and anyone else involved with forcing ANYONE to speak about their sexual assault. It’s not your story to tell & forcing someone to relive such experiences publicly is deplorable. I thought dems wanted to 'protect black women.'"

Greg Price: "[Jennifer-Ruth Green] just outraised Frank Mrvan for the second quarter in a row and their #IN01 race has been rated one of the most competitive in the country. They know the Notorious JRG is winning and they'll go as low as to out a sexual assault to stop her from flipping this seat."

Jennifer-Ruth is undeterred by this desperate attack from Democrat Frank Mrvan. As she always has, she will move forward and succeed despite obstacles like this being thrown in her path.
