Dear John,

Thank you for being a part of United for a Fair Economy. We are so grateful that you are part of the UFE community and we invite you to join as a supporter of our work. <[link removed]> We are mostly funded by donors and every gift counts!

When it comes to solving the systemic issues contributing to economic inequality and the racial wealth divide, it's going to take all of us.

It’s going to take...large coalitions of low wage workers and allies building power to advance minimum wage legislation. Supported by UFE, the Raising Wages NC Coalition is bringing together farm workers, tipped workers and domestic workers to raise the minimum wage.

It’s going to take...popular education curricula and tools tailored to the needs of community organizations. We create learning spaces that help people understand the history of structural inequality and envision a new economy.

It’s going to take...wealthy people, as part of our Responsible Wealth project, speaking out in favor of corporate accountability and higher taxes on the rich. RW members are asking the highest earners in income states like NY and Connecticut to pay their fair share for public services.

Together, we can bring these much-needed tools — and so much more — to communities across the country fighting for a fair economy in 2020.

Be a part of the change we can make together and please give generously to United for a Fair Economy today! <[link removed]>

In Solidarity,
The United for a Fair Economy Team
