The extremist Supreme Court has already caused a lot of harm — including ripping away the nationwide right to safe and legal abortion.

But some are ready to go further.

Justice Clarence Thomas has made it clear he is prepared to go after cases like Windsor and Obergefell , which protect marriage equality across the country.

We must fight back.

I helped the House pass legislation to put marriage equality into law. I was proud to vote yes, and 47 Republicans voted in support.

Now it's time for the Senate to act. Add your name: Tell the Senate to codify marriage equality under federal law! [[link removed]]

Everyone should have the right to marry who they love, no matter their state or zip code. It's hard to believe that this is still up for debate in 2022.

Unfortunately, there are many far-right politicians and judges who want to take away the right to marriage from our LGTBQ+ community members.

We must protect these rights in law now before this extremist Supreme Court strikes down another precedent.

Thank you for standing with me and LGTBQ+ Americans everywhere,

Suzanne
