[1]Beto O'Rourke

   John,
The majority of Texas voters want to legalize marijuana. And as governor,
Beto will finally get this done while also expunging the records for those
   arrested for possession:
[ [link removed] ]When I’m governor, we will finally legalize marijuana in Texas and
expunge the records of those arrested for marijuana possession.
But on Thursday, Greg Abbott said that he will NOT pardon folks for
low-level marijuana convictions as he continues to block marijuana
   legalization in Texas.
[ [link removed] ]If you agree with Beto that we must legalize marijuana and expunge
records for simple possession, please rush a $3
contribution right now to help make it happen.

Marijuana arrests and criminalization have created racial disparities in
our criminal justice system and generated an unnecessary burden on Texas
   taxpayers.
Legalizing marijuana is a matter of racial and economic justice.
When Beto is governor, we’ll finally legalize marijuana and expunge the
records of those arrested for marijuana possession — and we’ll use the
nearly $1 BILLION in new state revenue and reduced criminal justice costs
to invest in our public schools and long-overdue teacher pay raises. It’s
   the right thing to do.
Beto has supported legalizing marijuana since his days serving on the El
Paso City Council. We know that we can count on him to get it done as
governor. But we need your help to make it happen.
   [ [link removed] ]John,
   please contribute $3 today
to help Beto defeat Greg Abbott in less than one month.
   Thank you,
   Team Beto
