This is our most important fundraising deadline yet, for a couple of reasons:

- Our public fundraising report released after this end-of-quarter fundraising deadline will be used as a measure of our movement's strength. Reporters, pundits, other campaigns, and caucus-goers will use these numbers to determine how much support our campaign has across the country.

- We need enough resources to kick things into high gear and run the strongest campaign possible in the last weeks before the Iowa Caucuses. We need to connect with as many people as possible -- though advertising, outreach, and organizing -- and we rely on grassroots donations to make those investments.
