John,

President Biden is illegally abusing military veterans' healthcare to kill babies.

He has ordered the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to commit abortions – effective immediately – in direct violation of federal and state laws.

It is utterly outrageous and despicable. TODAY, we're taking legal action.

The VA JUST performed the first abortion in its history. Biden's VA secretary disgustingly CELEBRATED and Planned Parenthood "applaud[ed]" it.

The VA is supposed to serve our military veterans, not kill babies. It's abominable.

We're already advising state officials, who are in the best place to challenge this new rule in federal court, on a legal strategy to defeat it, and we're prepared to go all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.

TODAY, we are submitting formal public comments directly to Biden's VA, demanding it stop violating the law and using taxpayer dollars to commit abortions. WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN.

But we're not only battling Biden's endless taxpayer-funded resources but Planned Parenthood and the entire abortion industry as well.

As we file today, we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. Together we are unborn babies' last line of defense.
