Friend,

While the GOP spent the past year unflinchingly denying the facts and defending President Trump from accountability, they still found time to continue their attacks on Americans’ healthcare.

Just last week, at the urging of the Trump Administration and Republican Party, a federal appeals court struck down part of the Affordable Care Act and asked a district court to decide if the entire law should be nullified.

You see, when Republicans tried to repeal the ACA in Congress and failed, they turned to the courts to pick the law apart. And since Trump entered office and the GOP took control of the Senate, they’ve been packing our courts with right-wing judges to support their agenda.

Healthcare for millions of people is once again at risk, but if we can hold the Democratic House Majority and take back both the White House and Senate next year, we can stop Republicans from fulfilling their goal of completely destroying the ACA.

We’re now less than one week away from our end-of-year fundraising deadline, and what we raise before midnight on December 31st will directly fuel our efforts to win in 2020 and protect our care: will you pitch in $10 or more now?
