Dear John,
Do you ever find yourself needing to turn the beat around? Do you love to hear the percussion? Well, here's one more reason to attend the Brain Longevity Symposium to discover perfect health: 10 lucky registrants will be entered to win a Drums Alive® session with Brain Longevity Specialist, Janet Wise-Thomas, LCSW.

If you register today, you will be automatically entered into the raffle.

Drums Alive is a fantastic tool to help your body and mind stay sharp. It's a combination of mental and physical exercise, music, rhythm, coordination, and so much fun. Drums Alive is a program that fosters a healthy balance– physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I highly recommend trying it out and sharing with the ones you love. Winners announced during the Symposium!
Janet is a graduate of Columbia University with over 25 years of direct services and administrative experience. She has been certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) to conduct group fitness as a certified Zumba instructor. She is also certified as a Silver Sneakers Fitness Instructor. In 2019, Janet became a Brain Longevity Specialist through ARPF and in 2020, she became certified as a Drums Alive Fitness Instructor.
