JOHN, I had the chance to debate Nicole Malliotakis – my far-right opponent – yesterday morning. When we got to talking about guns, Nicole said our gun laws were fine... It’s downright absurd and dangerous.
Look, Nicole’s record on protecting Americans from gun violence is shameful.
But, if you already know all about it or are too busy to read the rest of my message, can you take just a moment to chip in as much as you can to my campaign so I can defeat Nicole Malliotakis? [[link removed]]

While Nicole Malliotakis has been in Congress, she’s had multiple opportunities to stand up to the NRA and protect public safety in NY-11. But time after time, Nicole refused to step up to the plate.
Were our gun laws “fine” when a man entered a Buffalo market with a legally purchased assault rifle and killed ten people? What about when Dylann Roof bought a gun legally while out on probation and killed 9 people in Charleston? Or when Nikolas Cruz legally purchased an AR 15 to kill 17 people at a high school?
Her response during the debate and her view that our gun laws in America are fine is frankly disqualifying.
Nicole’s track record on curbing gun violence is terrible. She voted “no” on banning semi-automatic weapons, requiring background checks, and increasing the wait time for federal background checks for gun sales.
When it comes to the fight to keep guns off our streets I’ll give everything I’ve got starting on day one in Congress. It’s long overdue that our district and our country have representatives who are committed to keeping us safe.
JOHN, this is what’s at stake in November. Will you chip in as much as you can to help my campaign defeat Nicole Malliotakis on Election Day? [[link removed]]
