I’ll keep this quick, but I just had to reach out.

Republicans across the country are running ads saying Democrats are ineffective and haven’t accomplished anything since taking over the Senate majority. Let’s set the record straight:

🖥️ We passed the CHIPs and Science Act, creating manufacturing jobs in high-tech industries right here in the US.

📉To combat inflation, we passed the Inflation Reduction Act, and we’re hard at work to lower costs for families.

💊We also passed legislation to lower the costs of prescription drugs like insulin. No one should have to choose between paying bills and paying for life-saving medicine — and Senate Democrats helped ease that burden for millions of Americans.

💰The American Rescue Plan continues to support small businesses and communities here in Wisconsin and across the country. As we continue to recover from the pandemic, it’s important that folks continue to receive the help they need.

🌳We also addressed the climate crisis with landmark legislation. It’s never been more important to fight warming temperatures and cut back on harmful gas emissions.

Whew , that’s a long list of things Senate Democrats have accomplished, and that’s not even all of them!
