John — FiveThirtyEight’s Nate Silver wrote that “Democrats [should] still be concerned about the midterms.”
Why? Because polling is showing that Republicans are making a comeback — and could win critical races in battleground states like Pennsylvania .
Before I break down what Nate Silver has to say, can you rush a donation to support Josh’s campaign and help him push back against this surge in GOP momentum? [[link removed]]
Nate Silver outlined a few reasons why we could see a GOP surge in 2022:
*
The
midterm
elections
are
historically
an
uphill
battle
for
the
party
that
holds
the
White
House.
*
We
could
see
Republican
campaigns
spending
more
than
Democrats
in
advertising
—
giving
them
a
bigger
platform
to
spread
their
message
and
persuade
voters.
*
GOP
voters
have
shown
more
enthusiasm
for
casting
a
ballot
in
November.
*
Lastly,
the
polls
might
still
be
unreliable
—
and
this
is
coming
from
an
expert
pollster.
So even though Doug Mastriano is as extreme as it gets, we should expect this race to be close John.
We won’t know how this election will turn out until November 8th — so we need to give every day everything we have. It’s on us to fight tooth and nail to get more votes than Doug Mastriano.
With just over four weeks to go until Election Day, I need your support today to make sure we’re connecting with voters and getting ballots cast. Can you donate right now to support Josh Shapiro? [[link removed]]
