A Brighter Future for Animals Held in Deplorable Conditions at Cricket Hollow Zoo  

An Iowa roadside zoo’s long history of keeping animals in cruel and inhumane conditions is finally over. After winning our lawsuit against Cricket Hollow Zoo, we were on the ground in Iowa to remove and rescue numerous animals ranging from black bears to baboons to hamsters.

Major Victory in Iowa Ag-Gag Lawsuit

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa issued a preliminary injunction, preventing Iowa from enforcing its new Ag-Gag law while our lawsuit proceeds. Ag-Gag laws are designed to designed to quash undercover investigations at factory farms and slaughterhouses.
