Friends -- as the holiday season continues and another year comes to an end, many of us will take the opportunity to take stock of the things we have to be grateful for and the blessings we have received over the course of the last 12 months.

That is certainly what I did this week as the Biden family gathered for Christmas. When I look back, I am truly in awe at how much I have to be grateful for in 2019.

But listen, I just wanted to let you know once again how thankful I am for your support on this campaign. It has been eight months since I got into this race and you have been there for me and for this campaign every step of the way.

I'm proud of the campaign we've run. I've been attacked - it's been implied that I'm not a real Democrat and that I'm even running in the wrong primary and worse - but I've kept my focus squarely on Donald Trump. And I've kept my focus on America. I firmly believe that our country is better than what cynics like Donald Trump think that we are. As Americans, we have our differences, but what unites us will always be greater than what separates us.

The only thing that can tear America apart is America itself, and we cannot let that happen. In 2020 we have an opportunity to send a message to the rest of the world that we will not allow it to happen.

With you at our side, I know we will succeed.
