Democrats are losing ground in our fight to hold the House and Senate. Our momentum from the summer has slowed and we are far behind where we need to be on fundraising — all at the worst possible time, with early voting already underway in many states and ballots arriving in California mailboxes this week.
Many of the same GOP billionaires who helped fund Trump and his reckless handpicked candidates are now spending big to reclaim power and flip Congress.
Right now, Democrats just aren’t keeping up. We don’t have to match their resources dollar for dollar, but we have to raise what we need to deliver our message to voters and fund essential GOTV efforts now.
