My schedule is packed with meetings today – some fun and some less-than-fun – but I have a few minutes before the next one, so I want to share a few quick race updates with you.

• RealClearPolitics officially declared IL-06 a Toss-Up district, making this one of the most competitive races in the nation. Trust me, Republicans won’t waste this opportunity to try and flip a blue seat, so we’d better be ready to defend it.
• We’re bracing for a spike in attack ads, misleading mailers, digital disinformation, and more underhanded tactics from the far-right in the coming weeks.
• This election will come down to turnout. If we’re going to have a chance in November, we need to out-raise and out-organize the GOP and get Democrats to the polls on Election Day.
