Welcome to the Audubon Society Northern Virginia (ASNV)! Your membership fee entitles you to membership in both the National Audubon Society and ASNV.
ASNV’s mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the Earth's biological diversity. We advance this mission through education programs, citizen science, and advocacy initiatives. We also provide opportunities to enjoy and learn about our world’s amazing bird life through regular bird walks and field trips. Please also consider participating in the Audubon at Home Wildlife Sanctuary Program, which advises homeowners, schools, churches, and businesses on how to make their surroundings more wildlife friendly for birds, butterflies, and other native species and certifies properties that qualify as wildlife sanctuaries.
