Janet Mills here, Governor of the great state of Maine. We’re just four weeks away from Election Day – so it’s officially crunch time.

Everything is on the line this year. From reproductive rights to voting rights, the GOP is attacking our basic freedoms at every turn – and Democratic governors are our last line of defense.

Please, can you split a $3 donation between my campaign and the DGA? Your donation will help me win here in Maine and help us defeat far-right candidates across the country. Also, until midnight tomorrow, each gift to the DGA will be triple-matched up to their $375,000 goal.

Team – over the past almost four years, I’ve worked hard to move Maine forward. I’ve expanded health care, invested in public education, protected our lands and waters, and achieved some of the best results in the nation when it comes to helping our economy recover.

But if my far-right opponent, Paul LePage, is elected, he’ll take us backward. That means everything from abortion rights to voting rights are on the ballot this November.

I’m fighting tooth and nail to win this competitive election, but I need your support today because this race is going to be neck-and-neck.

Across the country, Democratic governors are working to keep abortion safe and legal and protect and expand access to the ballot box, while far-right extremists are doing everything they can to stop us.

They’re doubling down their attacks in swing states like Maine, Wisconsin, and Michigan and spending millions to defeat us. I know we can win this fight, but not without your help.
