Each year in America, approximately one million women make the choice to abort their children. Often overwhelmed, in crisis, and alone, these women feel they have no hope and no help to support them choosing life.

But because of generous partners like you, women like “Kayla” are being empowered to choose life. Kayla found Human Coalition online when she was pregnant and struggling. I would like to share a letter from her with you, so you can see what your support has meant to her.

My name is Kayla. That’s a picture of my daughters, Aniyah and Asanyi.

I know they’re thankful for you too. I’m also sharing a picture of my youngest baby from the ultrasound because I’m still pregnant with her.

I found out about that pregnancy several weeks ago, and I was terrified. I was in a bad living situation and I had to leave the baby’s father. When I told him about the baby all he said was I need to have an abortion.

That’s how I found Human Coalition. I was looking for information on abortion, and I found one of their clinics. When I went in for my appointment, I was so scared and ashamed. But then I met my nurse, Amber. The staff at the clinic was so welcoming and supportive. They made me feel protected and loved like I didn’t in my own home.

I couldn’t believe how helpful they were. They told me all these options and all they could do to help me. Then they asked me what I wanted to do. It was amazing. They wanted to love on me and my baby and my little girls too. They knew I was lonely and scared and they wanted to help. Thanks to them and to you, I’m still pregnant. And I’m keeping my baby.

So that’s why I’m thanking you. My whole family is in a better place, thanks to you and Human Coalition. I’ve got safe housing. My girls are in a new school. I’m getting a job. And my daughter, Aniyah, is getting glasses that she’s needed for over a year!

It’s so amazing to see my girls so happy and safe again. It’s wonderful that there are people like you out there helping babies and helping families. I’m so thankful for all you’ve done for my family and for thousands other families you’ve helped.

I also want to ask you to give before the end of this year. I’m so grateful for all you’ve done so far. But there are a lot of women and babies out there who need your help so they can get back on their feet and not make a terrible decision - families just like mine that needed help and hope. Please consider it and think about making a special Christmas gift to help rescue even more babies.
