The Biden Administration is illegally using YOUR tax dollars to kill babies.

President Biden has ordered Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals to commit abortions – in direct violation of federal and state laws.

Last month Biden's VA secretary even CELEBRATED when the VA performed the FIRST abortion in its HISTORY.

Federal law bars the VA from performing abortions, but the VA is now performing abortions in many states where it is ALSO illegal under state law. But Biden clearly doesn't care about the law. He just cares about abortion.

At the ACLJ, we're taking urgent legal action to fight for life in all 50 states and at the federal level.

TOMORROW, we will submit an in-depth formal legal comment challenging Biden's latest effort to kill babies.

Meanwhile, our sister organization ACLJ Action has already organized a grassroots campaign to flood the VA with individual comments opposing Biden's move. Already over 1,400 of their members have made submissions.
