This investigative report from the Washington Post is staggering:

- There are 299 Republican election deniers on the ballot.
- 174 where the GOP is favored to win.
- 51 are running in close races.
- 74 where GOP is not favored to win.

This isn’t just one or two outliers who are still clinging to Donald Trump’s desperate lies. This is a national effort to promote a dangerous conspiracy that has the power to destroy our democracy.

The stakes could not possibly be any higher, and we’re just 30 days from the midterm elections being over and done.

The time to defeat these extremists is NOW -- not a week from now, not a month from now, and certainly not two years from now when Trump is closing in on a second term thanks to his buddies overseeing elections in battleground states.
