Hi folks, I’m writing to you tonight to request a donation of $10 or $25 to support our campaign. Before I do, please give me a chance to explain the two crucial moments that we’re facing in just a few days.

In eight days, voters across Colorado will begin receiving their mail-in ballots and casting the first votes in this election. About 12% of voters are still undecided about who to support in this race, and we need to do all we can to put our message in front of those Coloradans as their ballots arrive.

Just before that, on Friday, we’ll face our final mid-month deadline of this race. That will be a major moment in this campaign — because it’s when my team will come together to decide what we can afford to do in the final three weeks of this race.

If we beat our mid-month goal, we will be able to execute, or even expand, all our plans to get out the vote. If we fall short, our team may be forced to make tough decisions about where to cut ads, outreach, or organizing efforts.
