Roy made headlines when he was one of the only people in Congress to vote against a bill that would help families feed their babies during the formula shortage. And then once again during a House hearing on abortion, he used offensive and ignorant language while questioning Dr. Yashica Robinson, an abortion provider in Alabama.
According to Mother Jones, he addressed Dr. Robinson as “Ms. Robinson” rather than “Dr. Robinson”, and aggressively asked her how she disposed of “baby parts.”
