Well, Gavin Newsom does NOT. He just enacted a law that will censor doctors who are merely asking questions about the safety of COVID vaccines.
If doctors are found to be asking any questions casting doubt on the vaccines, they will be punished for “unprofessional conduct” for not adhering to the “approved COVID treatment consensus” and could be subjected to disciplinary action by the Medical Board of California!
The First Amendment is a Constitutional right that is afforded to EVERY citizen, including doctors. Physicians have the right to create individualized treatment plans for their patients and use their best judgment. Who is Gavin Newsom to take this right away?
